Accounting Genie strives to go that extra mile and provide all clients with excellent service. If however you should have any complaints, you should first raise these with Genie in writing.

Genie will do her utmost to put things right, but if you are still not satisfied Genie is a member of the ICAEW, and there is a formal complaints procedure.
